Spencer Gornall has spent nearly a decade in the accounting profession - beginning in public practice before moving into recruitment, where for the past four years he has placed exceptional audit and tax talent with leading firms across the UK.

He founded Gornall James to bring that same standard of specialist search to the US market, partnering with IPA 500 and leading regional CPA firms across Houston, Dallas and New York.

The approach is simple: deep sector expertise, a long-term view of every relationship, and a reputation built on the quality of introductions - not the volume.
